We had an excellent family vacation, with nice moments at the Rixy Club and delicious meals at the many restaurants. Special gratitude goes to Aliya and Ramazan for their really good daily assistance.

It is a gorgeous and absolutely fantastic property located in Belek Golf district close enough to the Russian market. The venue has good location by the sea. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 75 minutes.

Make sure to reserve your Al Carte dining options well in advance to avoid disappointment during your stay.

Too noisy and too many people around. The music was too loud heard everywhere and even in the room till midnight or longer, so it was hard to get asleep. Room was not cleaned properly. I think that the price doesn't correspond to the quality.

Many facilities such as squash court, movie saloon, large Turkish hammam area (3 different hammams) , good sauna/spa area, large garden, many pubs, many shops, water-sound show was excellent and unique. The dinner and lunch was very tasty and in fact one of the best kitchen in the Belek area. All inclusive system drinks included some import drinks which is also rather unusual for this area as most places offer only local drinks.
The information dissemination to guests about daily program, and answering guest questions about many details were very very poor. It looks like nobody is in charge, and there is no caring management. The hotel needs renovation as furniture, and decoration is worn out. Our table in the room had damaged surface which made the room look like a 3 star hotel. Golf shuttle is too expensive for such a short distance.

The Beautiful Double Room with Sea View delivered fine views of the coast, made every sunset a spectacle. The Anjana Spa offered great treatment options, and the various themed parties kept the atmosphere lively and engaging throughout the stay.
Reservations for a la carte dining felt overly complicated, requiring a precise time on the same day, which isn't exactly ideal on vacation. Some facilities, like the kid's game club, had several machines out of order, leaving little for the kids to enjoy on a rainy day. During evenings, service vehicles drove a bit too fast within the resort, causing a slight safety concern. Another downside was the inconsistent temperature of the food at the buffet, often cooler than expected, especially during peak meal times.

Wonderful facilities, friendly professional staff
1. We had a room with sea view which was good but there was no door between the wc and sleeping area! The cabinet door of bathtub was glass made but making noise a lot. 2. Towels had stains of dirt. 3. room service was very slow and done only once a day maximum.

Immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The Al Carte reservation process is frustrating and restrictive.

the hotel was perfect, the drinks are free and available all the day, free food buffet on breakfast dinner and lunch. shopping center, all day activities like circus, beach parties, dance show, dolphin show, even clown for kids and lots of fun. the spa is perfect place foe relaxing. you don't need to go out side the hotel because every thing is available for hotel residents and most are for free.
activities starts in the morning the music was so loud that make people wake up early and make some noise in the corridors.even if your room is located away from the activities.you will be still able to hear the noise.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was a dream! Those poached eggs were done to perfection-definitely a culinary highlight! The Asian restaurant was also a gem, delivering dishes that sent my taste buds on a thrilling ride! Plus, they have a fab arcade, an unexpected fun spot!
The layout kinda threw me off, we were stuck in a remote room far from the action. Service at the Godiva café was a letdown. Had to wait ages to get someone's attention. Oh, and those famous chocolate-covered strawberries? Not a single one to be found !

Best Effort Service commitment although so many different international and diversified customers.
Queues and delays on restaurant reservations, although available tables... Wednesday Dinner Show should be included to package. If costly, do not even offer. This is supposed to be all inclusive package.

Good attention to the customers. The Spa more than perfect. Variety of food, and excellent food also in the buffet and for the fish restaurant.
Have to improve English language in the Hotel. For a package All inclusive, extra charge are very expensive. The Italian and French restaurant a la Carte, are equal to zero, nothing relate to french and italian food.
